What shipped

Every month, what customers can now do that they could not before. No internal refactors, no vague 'improvements'. If it is not here, it is not live.

  • Members

    The member app in Arabic

Every member-facing screen, from the home tab to the workout player, bookings, membership and billing, can be switched to Arabic with a right-to-left layout. Phones set to Arabic start in Arabic. Profile → Settings → Language.

  • Each gym now has one operating currency that every new package, class, day pass and court price defaults to, set during onboarding from your country and changeable in Gym Settings. Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani three-decimal currencies are handled correctly through Stripe.

  • Coaches

    Currency for solo coaches

Personal trainers pick the currency they charge in on the brand step of onboarding, and their packages and invoices follow it.

  • Platform

    Prices formatted properly everywhere

Amounts now read AED 1,250.50 or $29.99 across the web dashboard and the apps, with symbols where a currency has one, grouped thousands, and no more dollar signs on dirham amounts.

  • Members

    A rating prompt that waits

The App Store or Play rating request appears once, after a member's fifth completed workout, never earlier.

  • Home, pricing, the gym page and the UAE software guide are live in Arabic at gymciety.net/ar, with a language switch in the header.

  • Two long-form comparisons (12 gym platforms for the UAE, 8 personal-trainer apps), eight head-to-head compare pages, solution pages by business type, city pages for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh and Doha, twelve feature pages, two free calculators and a blog, all written by the founders with competitors described from their own sites.

  • gymciety.net/llms.txt publishes a dated, machine-readable summary of what Gymciety is, what it costs and what it does not do, so assistants quote the facts rather than guess.

  • A 30-minute demo can be booked directly at gymciety.net/demo.

  • Every gym plan, and Coach Pro on yearly billing, now includes a website designed and hosted by Gymciety with a Join button wired into the app. Yearly billing is the default on the pricing page.

  • Platform

    Light theme in the app

The web dashboard and apps follow the device theme, with a manual light and dark toggle. The marketing site stays dark.

  • Coaches

    Link-in-bio page

Coaches get a public links page for Instagram with their packages and an Apply button.

  • Platform

    Android subscriptions verified correctly

Google Play purchase verification is scoped to the Gymciety package, fixing a case where valid subscriptions were rejected.

  • Platform

    Licensed exercise library

The exercise library moved to a licensed pack of 377 animated exercises with consistent 3:4 clips.

  • Members

    Freeze a membership

Members can pause their own membership within the freeze rules their gym sets on each package. Billing pauses in Stripe and resumes automatically.

  • Members join by scanning the gym's QR code, get a member number automatically, check in at the door with a daily code, and walk-ins can buy a day pass at the desk.

  • Gyms

    Facility booking

Courts, studios and pools with opening hours, slot lengths, pricing per slot and desk bookings.

  • Platform

    Admin tools

Complimentary subscriptions and bulk account cleanup for the Gymciety team.

  • Platform

Gymciety on the App Store and Google Play

The coach and member app is published on iOS and Android. Coach plans carry a 7-day free trial.

  • Gym owners subscribe through Stripe on gymciety.net after onboarding; coaches and members use the apps free under the gym's subscription.

  • Coaches

    Client onboarding that persists

A client's onboarding answers are saved and visible to their coach.
