The details.
Who qualifies for the free website?
Every gym or studio on any Gymciety gym plan, and every personal trainer or online coach on Coach Pro with yearly billing. Coach Basic and Coach Pro monthly do not include it.
How long does it take?
Once we have your brand form back, the first version is usually ready for review within a couple of weeks. Most delays are waiting on photos and copy, so send those early.
Do I own the site?
You own your content, your brand and your domain. Gymciety designs and hosts the site while your subscription is active. If you leave, we hand you an export of the content and the design files.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. You keep the domain in your registrar account and we tell you which records to point at the site. If you do not have one yet, we can put you on a gymciety.net address and move to your domain later.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it in the Gymciety design and wire the Join button into the app, or, if you like your current site, we can simply give you the Join link and QR code to add to it.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
The site stays up until the end of your billing period, then it comes down. You get an export of everything before that happens.
