Is there a free trial?
Yes. PT plans include a 7-day free trial. Start coaching immediately and cancel any time before the trial ends without being charged.
How does the free website work?
Every gym plan includes a website, and so does Coach Pro on yearly billing. After you subscribe we reach out for your logo, colours, services and schedule, then design and host a site with a Join button that drops sign-ups straight into Gymciety. It stays live while your subscription is active, and you can point your own domain at it.
What does yearly billing save me?
On coach plans, annual billing is roughly 18% cheaper than paying month to month — close to two months free — and on Coach Pro it also unlocks the free website. Gym plans bill per location, monthly or yearly; yearly is two months free, and multi-location gyms get a further 20–35% off the total.
Do my clients or members pay?
No. Clients and gym members are invited by their coach or gym and use Gymciety for free. Only coaches and gym owners hold a subscription.
How do I cancel?
On iOS: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Gymciety, Cancel. On web: Settings, Subscription, Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel in one click.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings, then Subscription. Apple and Stripe both pro-rate the change automatically.
How is gym pricing different?
Gym plans are billed in AED on the web via Stripe. There is no Apple In-App Purchase for gyms. One subscription covers your whole team of coaches and all your members, and every coach gets the coaching app free with no per-coach seats.
Do multi-location gyms get a discount?
Yes — every branch bills its own plan on one invoice, and the total is discounted by branch count: 20% off at two locations, 25% at three, 30% at four, and 35% at five or more.
What payment methods do you accept?
On iOS, Apple handles billing through your Apple ID. On web, Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
