Common questions

How do I start my 7-day free trial?
On iOS: open the app, tap Create accountCoach, finish the brief onboarding, then tap Start 7-day free trial. Apple’s purchase sheet appears and your trial begins after you confirm with Face ID or Touch ID. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For iOS subscriptions, open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → SubscriptionsGymcietyCancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

For web subscriptions, sign in at gymciety.net, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap Manage billing. You will be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change plan, or update your card.
My client did not receive an invite email.
Ask them to check the spam folder first. If it’s not there, the invite also surfaces a 6-digit code inside the coach’s app under the client’s profile — they can enter it directly on the signup screen instead of clicking the email link. Still stuck? Email us with the client’s address and we’ll re-send.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your coaching content (workouts, messages, photos) is deleted within 30 days. Email support@gymciety.net if you cannot reach the screen and we will delete the account for you.
Can gym owners subscribe on iOS?
Gym plans are managed on the web at gymciety.net. Coaches and clients who are part of a gym sign in on the mobile app normally — only the gym owner’s subscription purchase happens on the web.
I think I found a bug or security issue.
Please email support@gymciety.net with steps to reproduce, the device and OS version, and a screenshot if you have one. Security issues are triaged within 24 hours and we’ll keep you in the loop on the fix.

Operating hours

Email support is monitored Monday to Friday. Replies typically arrive within one business day, sometimes sooner. We do not currently offer phone or live chat.
