Your logo, on their home screen.
Members train inside an app that carries your colours and your logo — and on a paid gym plan, your logo can be the icon itself on their phone. Icons ship bundled with each app release, so your mark reaches the App Store and Google Play on a predictable cadence.
Your brand, in the app, in detail
Your logo, colours, app display name and tagline applied across the member app — home, plan, bookings and check-in.
On a paid gym plan, your logo ships as an alternate app icon: members' phones show your mark on the home screen.
Icons are bundled into each app release — a new gym's icon typically goes live with the next weekly or fortnightly update.
iOS asks the member once before the icon changes; Android updates on its own. Members on older versions keep the standard icon until they update.
A website designed and hosted by Gymciety, with a Join button that drops sign-ups into your member list.
Broadcasts, QR joins and the front desk carry the same brand, so the member never sees a generic face.

Straight answers
Is it my own app on the App Store?
No — members download Gymciety, and your branding (plus your logo as the home-screen icon on paid plans) makes it read as yours. A separately listed white-label app is not offered today; it is on our public roadmap.
When does my icon go live?
With the next app release after you upload a qualifying logo — roughly weekly to fortnightly. In-app branding applies instantly; only the home-screen icon waits for a store build.
Do members have to do anything?
On iOS, the phone asks once before switching icons and remembers a "no". On Android it switches on its own. Either way, members on older app versions keep the Gymciety icon until they update.
What makes a good icon logo?
A simple square mark works best. We render it at 1024px on your brand background; detailed wordmarks get lost at icon size.
What happens if we leave?
Your icon is removed from the next release's bundle and members' phones return to the Gymciety icon. In-app branding reverts when the subscription ends.
