Can a coach work at two gyms?
A person holds one active membership at a time, so a coach belongs to one gym account. Freelance coaches with their own clients use a coach plan alongside.
Is there payroll?
Yes. Set base, per-session and commission rates per staff member, run payroll for a period with adjustments, and each person sees payslips in their own login.
Can a coach be limited to certain branches?
Yes. On multi-location gyms each staff member is assigned all branches or a named subset; their schedule, rota and check-ins stay inside that set.
