Do you integrate with turnstiles or biometric readers?

No. Check-in is a QR scanned by staff at the desk. Unmanned entry needs a hardware-led platform; see our UAE comparison guide.

Does the QR work offline?

The member's QR is generated in the app; scanning needs the staff device online to validate.

Can members use the QR at more than one branch?

On Gym Pro, if their package allows multi-branch access.
