Full Access, AED 49 a month, 12 class credits, freezable twice a year for up to 60 days.
Members join
From the QR, the app or your free website. Payment runs through Stripe.
Renewals run
Cards are charged on schedule; failures show as past due so the desk can chase.
Straight answers
Can members pause their membership themselves?
Yes, within the freeze rules on their package. Billing pauses with it.
What happens when a card fails?
The membership shows as past due on the dashboard and the member list, and the member can update their card in the app.
Can I take cash at the desk?
Yes. Payments can be recorded manually against a membership or a day pass.
Can a package be valid at only one branch?
Yes. On gyms with more than one branch, packages scope to a single branch or all of them, and members can carry a home branch or float between sites.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices can be set inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Confirm invoice fields with your accountant; we will show the output on a demo.
