Can members book and cancel from their phone?
Yes. Members see the timetable, book, join a waitlist and cancel within your cancellation window from the app. Waitlist promotions notify them by push.
Do you support class packs as well as memberships?
Yes. Packages can carry class credits, PT sessions, a billing interval, freeze rules and an expiry.
Can we run reformer Pilates or yoga with fixed spots?
Capacity caps per class handle the room limit. Named spot selection is not a feature today.
Is there a free website for studios?
Yes. Every gym plan includes a website designed and hosted by Gymciety with a Join button wired into your sign-up.
