Can drop-ins pay without a membership?
Yes. Day passes are sold at the desk or in the app and recorded against the visitor.
Does the app log workouts with weights and reps?
Yes. Members log sets, weights, reps and RPE against their program, and PRs are recorded automatically.
Can we run a nutrition challenge?
Coaches can set targets and weekly check-ins for a cohort, and review submissions in one queue. There is no leaderboard feature.
Do you integrate with a turnstile?
No. Entry is QR at a staffed desk.
