Every client, every week, one queue.

Build the check-in once with the questions that matter to you. Clients answer in the app on a schedule, submissions land in a review queue, and your feedback goes back with one message.

Client check-ins, in detail

  • Question types: scale, number, yes or no, multiple choice, free text and photo.

  • Weekly, fortnightly or monthly frequency with reminders on the day you choose.

  • Assign a template to all clients or to one; new clients get the default automatically.

  • A review queue with status: submitted, reviewed, flagged.

  • Progress photos side by side across weeks, private to the client and coach.

  • Daily habits the client ticks off between check-ins — water, steps, sleep — with streaks that keep the rhythm going.

  • A readiness check before training — sleep, soreness and energy — so the day's session matches how the client actually feels.

  • Automations that request a daily pulse, a weekly review or photos every few days.

Three steps, every week

01

Build the template

Pick the questions and the frequency. Set it as the default for new clients if you like.

02

Clients answer in the app

A reminder lands on check-in day. Photos, weight and answers go in from the phone.

03

Review and reply

Work through the queue, write feedback, and the client gets it in chat.

Straight answers

Can I have different check-ins for different clients?

Yes. Templates are assigned per client; a fat-loss client and a strength client can answer different questions.

Are photos private?

Yes. Progress photos are visible only to the client and their coach.

What happens when a client misses a check-in?

The assignment shows as overdue on your dashboard, and a missed-check-in nudge automation can message them.

Can clients track daily habits too?

Yes. Coaches assign habits alongside the weekly check-in; clients tick them off on the home tab and build streaks. A short readiness check before training feeds the same picture.

Can a gym owner see coaches' check-ins?

Owners see adherence and check-in completion across the gym. The answers themselves stay between coach and client.
