What should you charge per session?

FAQ

Rate questions.

How much should a personal trainer charge in Dubai?

Rates vary widely by venue and experience. The honest way to set yours is from the income you need, the sessions you can deliver, the weeks you will not work, and your costs. This calculator does that arithmetic; the market then tells you whether you need to move venue, sell packages, or add online clients.

Why does utilisation matter so much?

A coach with 30 slots a week rarely sells all 30 all year. Cancellations, holidays and gaps push real sales to 70 to 85 percent. Pricing as if every slot sells is the most common reason trainers under-earn.

Should I discount packages?

A small discount for commitment is normal. Price the package from the calculator first, then decide how much of the per-session rate you are willing to give up for cash up front.

How do I get paid without chasing?

Gymciety lets clients pay for packages through Stripe from the app, and tracks sessions used against the package.
